&lt;p&gt;I would like to repair/refurbish/rebuid wheelchairs that are donated in less-than-usable condition. We reapir what we can &amp;amp; donate them out to folks without any insurance or governent aid through our Fraternal Order. We're covered under Good Samaritan Laws &amp;amp; are also a 501 c 3.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there a place to obtain these at little or no cost? A few of us would like to lear now to maintain and/or rejuvenate what we can. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have worked on my own manual chairs so I have some ideas of what to do, but would like to make sure we're doing things correctly.&lt;/p&gt;
