We reapir what we can &amp; donate them out to folks without any insurance or governent aid through our Fraternal Order. We're covered under Good Samaritan Laws &amp; are also a 501 c 3.</p> <p>Is there a place to obtain these at little or no cost? A few of us would like to lear now to maintain and/or rejuvenate what we can. </p> <p>I have worked on my own manual chairs so I have some ideas of what to do, but would like to make sure we're doing things correctly.</p> <p>TIA</p> <p>Tom</p> <p>MTMTexas</p>
